Is Racism Alive And Well In America?

by: Hillbilly

Sat Jul 24, 2010 at 20:47:30 PM EDT

As a blogger and videographer, in Kentucky, I've done my best to document the political events, in Kentucky, with photos and video, and in doing so I've had the opportunity to shoot video of overt white racist like "Imperial Wizard" Ron Edwards, Jarred Hensley Vice President of the Supreme White Alliance and, what I consider, the the more discreet racist, at Tea Party events in Kentucky.

Rand Paul Buys Into McConnellism And Leaves His Grassroots Movement Holding The Bag.

by: Hillbilly

Tue Jul 20, 2010 at 23:34:53 PM EDT

Sarah Palin ain't got nuthin on us here at Hillbilly Report, we've coined a few new words too.

Over the past two years I've talked to many Rand Paul supporters and found we had one thing in common and that is the dislike of what Senator Mitch McConnell represents. Now Rand Paul is in the business of doing business with Senator Mitch McConnell to the point where it will cost $2,500 just to get in the door to see Rand Paul. Now that ain't grassroots money.

It seems that Rand Paul has bought into McConnellganda , has been thoroughly McConnellized and has switched from being anti Communism to pro McConnelism and Chaoism. In other words Senator Mitch McConnell owns Rand Paul and the Kentucky Tea Party folks and they seem to be ready to dance to his, McConnell's, tune. Get out the fiddle!

Mark Williams-Tea Party Letter To Abraham Lincoln-You Ain't Gonna Believe This!

by: Hillbilly

Fri Jul 16, 2010 at 13:28:22 PM EDT

We shot video of this guy, in Louisville, Kentucky September 05, 2009 and listened to him brag about being a contributor to Fox News. I felt at the time he was "nuts" and I haven't changed my mind. Click here to read our persective of that event.
OK let's get to the Mark Williams letter to President Lincoln he posted on his blog and has since removed, but we have the screenshot and the entire letter after the fold, or click here to see the screen shot.

Tea Party Movement: Same Old Crap in a Shiny New Bag

by: RDemocrat

Fri Jul 02, 2010 at 23:19:44 PM EDT

We keep hearing how this tea-bag movement is some new political awakening of moderates and Conservatives rebelling against the Socialist vision of our government. We keep hearing that it is an arising of all of America that will seriously affect the mid-term elections. Well, it seems as if what we have been hearing about this "movement" is all wrong. You see, the tea party movement is nothing but the same old crap in a shiny new bag.

Paul Becomes a Typical Politician

by: RDemocrat

Thu Jun 10, 2010 at 11:27:45 AM EDT

Well, that did not take long. After months of claiming he would shun the "establishment" the mad doctor Rand Paul now feels like he is firmly a part of the machine. After slipping up and letting the true Republican view on Civil Rights and BP slip out, the establishment indeed stepped in and swept him up to shut him up. Now, with a little McConnell soap and water to clean him up, Rand Paul is just a typical politician with twisty curls.

Tea Party Rhetoric May Yet Take a Toll

by: RDemocrat

Mon May 03, 2010 at 12:46:10 PM EDT

There are a few things that we  have learned from the tea party movement. One, is that these folks simply cannot spell. Another, is that they seem to have no sense of history and believe someone can be both a Socialist, a Communist, and that a half African-American man can be a Nazi. But the more important thing that we have learned is that this tea party movement is forcing Republicans much further past their already zealously right-wing politics. I believe in the end this will do more harm than good for the party of the greediest and least patriotic among us.

Tea Party Folks In Elizabethtown, Kentucky Won't Sign Socialist Free Purity Pledge

by: Hillbilly

Fri Apr 16, 2010 at 02:03:30 AM EDT

The Central Kentucky Tea Party Patriots claim to be independent of any political party, but they seemed very comfortable giving Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid Hell, while remaining silent about Mitch McConnell, Jim Bunning and Brett Guthrie. Could it be that the The Central Kentucky Tea Party Patriots are afraid to call out Mitch McConnell, Jim Bunning and Brett Guthrie? Or do they think Mitch McConnell, Jim Bunning and Brett Guthrie are above being criticized?

On Tea Party Day, Who are We Dealing With??

by: RDemocrat

Thu Apr 15, 2010 at 18:59:33 PM EDT

Today is Tea Party Day yet again. The day that the greediest and least patriotic among us will hold rallies across the country as well as descending upon Washington D.C. However, on this "Tea-Party" day I think it is very relevant to look at exactly who these folks are and what section of the population they represent. Luckily, a new NY Times/CBS poll goes a long way in doing just that.

Busted! GOP Owns Tea Party

by: SmackontheWeb

Thu Apr 15, 2010 at 11:05:06 AM EDT

( - promoted by Hillbilly)

I love the smell of vindication in the morning. The Tea Party has been definitively exposed as a pre-planned scheme, heavily influenced by GOP-backed PACs and corporate interests, to make tons of money by exploiting a growing and potentially significant grassroots political movement. In a project proposal draft obtained by POLITICO, The Our Country Deserves Better Committee (OCDB) basically laid out the blueprint for the Tea Party Express, how to use the Tea Party to create a self-perpetuating cash cow and as a means to gain political influence in the 2010 mid-term elections. This draft includes detailed plans such as participants, tour routes, casting calls for for political ads, fundraising, viral marketing and online grassroots support. After the OCDB's Tea Party Express went public last summer, it took in about $2.7 million in the following six months.

Follow the Money

by: Acebass

Sun Apr 04, 2010 at 01:44:25 AM EDT

Does that sound familiar? Anyone who lived through the Nixon Watergate debacle knows that the phrase "Follow the Money" was used by "Deep Throat" in bringing down the President.

We've all heard the right wing complaint it's been one every time the government tries to start a program to help the ones who need it most "redistribution of wealth" the rallying cry of conservatives. The right wing wealthy have always been afraid of losing something they had to steal to get and this year is no exception. I 1933 they even tried to overthrow the government to prevent it.

All aboard the crazy train! The teabagger express pulled out of the station this weekend and launched its 2010 Spring to Fall tour: 'Rightwing Racist Rage Review & The Traveling Clueless & Gullible Mob Brothers Freakshow'. Last week's tea party CODE RED! anti-healthcare reform protests in Washington D. C. gives us a just a morsel of the carnival of goodies the always entertaining tea party patriots have never failed to provide.

Tea Party Irrelevant In Texas Primaries

by: SmackontheWeb

Thu Mar 11, 2010 at 14:05:57 PM EST

(Great diary!!   - promoted by RDemocrat)

Voter turnout in last Thursday's Texas state primaries was the highest it has been in more than 20 years and what the voters of Texas had to say about the Tea Party, they said loud and crystal clear. Yet, in one more example of just how out of touch teabaggers are with reality and how impervious they are to truth and fact, the baggers have claimed victory in the Texas primaries even though every single teabagger candidate got their clocks resoundingly cleaned and their lunatic asses handed to them by the voters of Texas.

On The Fear Of Government, Or, Let's Get Back To Basics

by: fake consultant

Wed Mar 10, 2010 at 17:06:38 PM EST

It seems like everywhere you look these days, someone’s trying to spread...The Fear.

All around us...in every town...on every corner...a massive Army Of Fear is standing by, according to the Messengers, ready at a moment’s notice to obey the dictates of some unappointed Czar or another.

Just ask Glenn Beck: concentration camps for the white people, jackbooted stormtroopers ready to snatch the guns from your cold dead fingers...Socialist Government-Controlled Healthcare That Threatens Your Not Socialist Medicare...it’s all coming, my friends—and unless we organize, as a community, to return to the values of the Founding Fathers, The Government, meaning that awful Obama and Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid and George Soros and all the other Evil Community Organizers, will win.

There’s no government, we’re told, like no government.

You know who would find all of this fear of self-government just entirely bizarre?

The Founding Fathers.

In today’s conversation we’ll consider the fundamentals of American patriotism, we’ll ask one of those Founding Fathers how he saw the role of Government—and we’ll toss in a few words from Abraham Lincoln, just for good measure.

Tired of Tea Parties?? Join a Coffee Party

by: RDemocrat

Tue Mar 02, 2010 at 07:23:01 AM EST

Like me you are probably fed up with the hypocritical actions of the hypocritical tea-bagger movement. These folks will lovingly take advantage of government programs while denying others the same right, and hating their government. Now, there is an alternative that seeks to change our government while not hating it.

On Assigning Blame, Or, "So, You Think I'm Retarded?"

by: fake consultant

Sun Feb 28, 2010 at 12:33:59 PM EST

LANGUAGE WARNING: Today’s story is uncharacteristically blunt, and from this moment forward we will be using lots of inappropriate language in making our points.

Gentle Reader, you have been officially...warned.

With that in mind, if you take offense when confronted with language strong enough to knock a fuckin’ buzzard off a shitwagon, please stop reading now.

It is by now fairly well known that Rahm Emanuel, President Obama’s White House Chief of Staff, had a bit of a blow-up with liberals who were ready to start running ads against “blue dog” Democrats who were working very hard to shut down the health care reform effort.

Now we’re not gonna get in the middle of that argument today; instead, since we’re finally getting a chance to talk, I figured me and Rahm could get a few other things out of the way that have been on everyone’s mind for the past year or so.

Restore America Rally, Right Wing Jeff Fugate Singin', Prayin', Preachin' And Politickin' Videos

by: Hillbilly

Sun Feb 21, 2010 at 05:00:53 AM EST

Stan Lee Frankfort, Kentucky February 20, 2010 Restore America Rally.
When  Dr. Lewis Arnold gave the opening prayer for the Restore American Rally and included the following in his prayer, "We need our country to be back like it use to be", I knew what to expect for the rest of the Rally. Click here to see the video.
I wasn't surprised when Stan Lee denied climate change with this little ditty: "It's been so cold that Al Gore called the suicide hot line and was put on hold. That's how cold it is ladies and gentlemen." Never mind it was was a very warm day for this time of year. Click here to see that Video

Are Democratic Blue Dogs peeking under the Tea Part tent or are they already in the tent? Could it be that the Blue Dog Democrats are Dixiecrats in disguise?
